Terms of Service for SpeakBurst

Welcome to SpeakBurst. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using SpeakBurst, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our app.

1. Eligibility

To use SpeakBurst, you must be at least 9 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. User Account

3. Subscription and Payments

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., flashcards, notes, transcriptions). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
